I joined Pasta Class Florence, and it was an experience I’ll never forget.💛
🍅 The day began with a local market tour — exploring vibrant stalls and discovering the freshest seasonal ingredients. The chef leading the class guided us through the market, hand-picking vegetables, herbs, and specialties while sharing fascinating stories about Tuscan food traditions.
We tasted:
🧀 7-year-old cheese
🍷 Fine wine
🥩 Delicious cold cuts
— a true feast before the cooking even began!😋
🍝 Then came the heart of the experience: the pasta class.
From mixing flour and eggs, kneading the dough, rolling it out, and finally shaping it into three different handmade pastas — every step felt hands-on, creative, and so much fun.
✨ What made it even more memorable was Chef Davide’s @chef_daviderizzardi humor and energy throughout the class — he turned learning into laughter, making the experience not only delicious but also fun-filled and unforgettable.
🍝Once the pasta was ready, we paired it with three freshly made sauces that brought out authentic Tuscan flavors in every bite. Sitting down to enjoy the pasta we had just made, along with wine, felt like the perfect reward.🍷
💕 Sharing the experience with fellow learners— cooking, laughing, and savoring Florence — made the day even more special.
