Ingredients
Homemade Tzatziki
• 1 cucumber, grated
• 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (to taste)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
Tomato Salad
• Heirloom tomatoes (mixed colors), sliced
• Optional finish: drizzle of olive oil, flaky salt, fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
Directions
1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out all excess water.
(Bonus: drink the cucumber water — hydration win 💧)

3. Spread the tzatziki onto a plate or shallow bowl.
