Pasta alla Norcina — Filipino way 🇵🇭🍝
Traditionally made with Italian sausage and Parmesan,
but Filipino longganisa has a very similar flavor profile.
I used queso de bola (Edam) instead of Parmesan —
same taste profile, more practical and locally available.
Simple, creamy, and comforting.
