DESCRIPTION:
To call Passerotto a Korean-Italian fusion restaurant would almost be a disservice to the food chef Jennifer Kim is cooking. That’s because the food you’ll find at this new Chicago spot is wholly Korean, much like the chef. And while she may draw on her surroundings for influence, the dishes that come out of the kitchen all boast Korean flavors and utilize Korean techniques.
