  1. The General Manager admits the number of cancelled trips is unacceptable but asks for patience as new buses arrive. Have you stopped relying on the bus schedule due to cancellations?

  2. Occasional Transpo you mean?. Ottawa is such an embarrassment of a capital city on the world state. It's not even "'meeting standards" on a huge number of things that some third world cities have. Backwards city. Everytime they show New Years Celebration worldwide, there is nothing here. For transportation: bring back the horse and buggy as we would have better service!
