No-Boil Manicotti That Melts in Your Mouth | Easy Italian Dinner



Manicotti filling
1 15 ounce container of ricotta cheese
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Sauce
1/2 pound hamburger
1/2 small onion
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup of water

1 box manicotti (not cooked)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese

Bake 350 degrees 1 hour

  5. I grew up with my precious momma using cottage cheese when she fixed lasagna. We never had manacotti. Since I've been an adult, I started using ricotta cheese and I actually love love love it!!! Whenever I've fixed manacotti, I've always used spinach and ricotta to stuff my shells. Boy, that pan you fixed sure looked yummmmmmy!!!
