Who’s sick and tired of “same old meal preps” it’s not the food it’s your mind craving junk..we should incorporate high protein and high fiber bet foods for satiety I’d prob never make this because I don’t crave this as much..I have pizza rolls in my freezer sitting for when the cravings hit and it’s not often we can’t all be trying to lose weight since before 2002 time to enter maintenance or bulk folks

  2. To make it healthier I would use a good all purpose flour and regular cheese. The chemicals in low fat cheese are worse than the fat.
