Homemade Chicken Pizza 🍕

Step 1: Pizza Dough
In a bowl, add 1 tsp active dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar, and lukewarm water.
Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes until bubbles form.

In another bowl, add 2 cups of flour.
Add the yeast mixture and some water, and mix to form a sticky dough (as shown in the video).
Cover and let it rest for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).

After resting, knead the dough by folding it inward 6–8 times.
Cover with a lid or towel and rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Simple Pizza Sauce
Cut a small cross on top of the tomatoes (this prevents bitterness).
Boil them, peel the skin, and add to a blender.
Add ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp chilli flakes, and salt. Blend well.

Heat a pan, add ½ chopped onion and 1 finely chopped garlic clove.
Sauté until golden brown, then add the tomato puree.
Cook the sauce for 5–10 minutes and keep aside.

Step 3: Chicken Marinade
Marinate chicken with:
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp oil
• ½ tsp black pepper

Cook the chicken in a pan and cut it into small strips.

Step 4: Assemble the Pizza
Dust the surface with wheat semolina and spread the dough.
Spread the prepared pizza sauce evenly.

Preheat the air fryer.
Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes, then take it out.

Add your favourite toppings and the cooked chicken.

Bake again at 200°C for 10–15 minutes, depending on thickness.

👉 For oven: Use the same temperature and timing.
