The reason you never see this in a restaurant is because they would have to sell it for $12.00 and after seeing the 3 ingredients…. they'd never get away with it.
Because Italian food is very regional and there's so many variations of similar dishes you couldn't possibly know everything.
Restaurants might not serve it thinking people won't pay 20 dollars for this. Every pasta dish is twenty bucks and this would cost like 3 dollars to make at home and takes no cooking skills at all.
cacio e pepe which is literally two ingredients but it takes technique and many people mess that up very easily at home lol.
I guess I'm saying if I'm going to pay for it I want it to be because I can't do it myself
Sorry but that’s macaroni, "noodle" is a broader category for dough strips, ramen, udon or soba. But I guess you can call spaghetti or fettuccine a noodle. But you can’t call a noodle pasta! 😂
you would be laughed out of any legit italian restaurant for using store bought pasta. using store bought pasta doesnt make your italian food authentic. i would have figured you would have known that considering you claim to be italian.
Hilarious. 42 years ago in college, some times after finals we might go home for a week so on Thursday night, we had "eat the fridge parties" Where we did just that. Pasta sauce with cheese was always on the menu, along with bread, beer and bong hits.

Why does that ricotta look so curdled and dry? It should be way creamier
I don’t trust someone who pronounces ricotta like that.

Give it up and just buy a frozen brick of baked ziti.
Big pasta don’t want you to know
Is this at the high end of medium-low? 😂
Two ingredients: a finished, perfected sauce and ricotta. Wtf lol
Brilliant 👍🏼 🤤
Makes me think I should add ricotta cheese to pasta el ceci.
Fk, agreed. Let me at it. Move..
Cook it to the high-end of medium-low.

Looks like puke, tastes like heaven.
You spent all your money on those expensive pans that you couldn't afford cooking spoons so you had to use an eating spoon?
Or they could just order basked ziti.

Why is big ricotta hiding this from us?

Need to see the “without tomato sauce” version.
He sounds like he spits a lot when speaking
I counted 3 ingredients … must be that new math?
Been making that for years. Add some sausage or hamburger and call it “mock lasagna”. Quick, easy and good.
WHERES THE BEEF!?
Big macaroni is watching
