  1. This looks really great, but I would only make it in my own home for guests.
    Because it requires perfectly cooked, warm steak (and not held over in an oven) and not soggy arugula, it would not travel well.
    Plus, it's rude to take over a host's kitchen to prep my own contribution. 😎
