  1. I hope this recognition, richness, and quality of Italian food will not be limited to pasta and pizza!

  2. The thing is if France can put baguette (literally normal bred with a different shape) under UNESCO then italian cousine must be under UNESCO too, like France with baguette get the f out of here 😂 at this point become an obbligation

  3. Italian cuisine is not just pasta and pizza; we eat a lot of fish, many vegetables, greens, and legumes. Each region has its own culinary tradition, and there are hundreds of recipes based on vegetables, fish, and legumes, all made with high-quality ingredients. We avoid all those sauces or things that might make a dish too heavy, because simplicity is the most beautiful thing there is — and also the healthiest.

  4. 👎La cucina detta italiana NON ESISTE.E' pura invenzione del dopoguerra. Leggete il libro di grandi studiosi "Grandi & Soffiati – la cucina italiana non esiste-.

  5. UNESCO protecting italiano food Is like Hunters protecting wild animal species and diversity: something completely different from the original mean and not up to the task

  6. The problem is that you non-Italians don't know enough about Italian cuisine. You reduce it to the usual fare like pasta and pizza, but it's much more vast and varied than you might imagine. There are fish, meat, vegetable, and legume dishes, not to mention the variety of cheeses, cured meats, desserts, drinks, and much more, different in each region. Its influence extends to other countries around the world, the United States being a prime example. So is there a reason it became a UNESCO World Heritage Site?!

  7. every corner of italy has different dishes….this is the italy's food culture…..not dishes themselves

  8. Questo è un premio che va alla memoria delle nostre nonne e delle nostre mamme. Tutte le mamme e le nonne d'Italia con le loro ricette, i loro profumi, i loro ingredienti irripetibili, direttamente dai nostri territori.

  9. Daje (come dicono a Roma) con sta pasta e pizza! Una recente ricerca di Coldiretti ha evidenziato circa 5300 ricette agroalimentari nel Bel Paese… Meditate gente, meditate

  10. Italian cuisine is subtraction of ingredients and spices and exaltation of the quality of the same, almost always the dishes of regional cuisines, better to say territorial, allow you to cook a meal for any number of guests and in a few minutes, starting from the basic ingredients, I don't know how many other cultural traditions, from other countries, have the same peculiarity.
In Italy, improvising a good lunch is really simple, elsewhere traditional recipes require long and complex preparations which, although excellent, do not allow unexpected guests.
