    ๐Ÿฅ•Ingredients โ€“ 2โ€“3 servings๐Ÿฅ•
    * Feta cheese block: 200g
    * Cherry tomatoes: 250g
    * Olive oil: 2โ€“3 tbsp
    * Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
    * Pasta (spaghetti or penne): 200g
    * Spinach: 100g
    * Salt & pepper: to taste

    ๐Ÿ“‹๐Ÿ“‹Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
    2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
    3. Place the block of feta cheese on top of the tomato mixture.
    4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and the cheese is golden.
    5. Cook pasta and spinach according to package instructions; drain.
    6. Remove baked feta from the oven and mix with the tomatoes to create a creamy sauce.
    7. Toss the cooked pasta and spinach in the creamy feta-tomato sauce.
    8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
