We wanted to make sure we tried as much Roman food as we could on our trip so we decided to take a 2 hour food tour in the morning.
Best thing I had was pizza bianca topped with freshly roasted porchetta from a market that locals buy their deli from. Amazing flavour from something that looked so simple.
