And what you refer to as Quattro Pizza. is actually known as Quattro Fromaggi The four cheese pizza does have a blue cheese, usually Gorgonzola. Brie and Camembert have distinct line patterns while blue cheese would usually have blue/green spots on it. You can use a danish blue instead of Gorgonzola.. It is commercially available in large cities in small packing.

I had the buratta pizza here , price was 1400 /- a bit over expensive but taste was 10/10 .
