Thanksgiving always makes me want a real showstopper on the table, and this Creamy Baked Shellbows Mac & Cheese ended up being that dish for me. Itโs creamy, golden, and honestly just one of those comforting sides everyone goes back for. If you want something cozy that feels a little extra without trying too hard, this is it.
This is a twist on classic mac and cheese, more of a potato-gratin vibe but made with pasta instead, and itโs absolutely a showstopper
