I'm kicking myself for selling my vintage Oster 70s pasta cutter …Nona makes the best recipes… generations long time proven too many Yummies to count❤❤❤ blessings to Nona may you live to 120!
Been a very long time since i saw my grandmother make pasta.. but watching the way she mixed the eggs and clean the flour off her hands trigged some crazy flashbacks that i basically forgot.
I learnt to crack the egg in a bowl first thing after I cracked a third egg directly in my hot pan (that already had two eggs in there cooking and some onions in it), except about a table spoon of blood was in that egg too. Google ai said I could still eat the eggs after cooking them but I couldn’t bring myself to do it.
I don’t know why, I cook raw beef, chicken, (and gut when fresh not frozen) fish etc, but I COULD NOT EAT THOSE BLOODY EGGS. 🤷♀️

Thank you for the tips Nonna. ♥️
An electric pasta roller? My Nonna would be impressed with that thing.
👌 now I know what I've been doing wrong 🙃 thankyou nonna…
The most pleasant thing here to see is a link of generations.
For those of us without family, thank you

Why would you bring up measurement to an old schooler? Maybe keep quiet, observe and let her talk about what she is doing.
I’m a 69 old Asian woman and I remember my mom doing this ( well of flour) when making dumplings 🥟
