I got this ceramic garlic grating plate as a birthday gift last year, and like the host, I was puzzled at first what's that tea dish for? But it's a gamechanger, I haven't used my old grater or press since and it makes perfect garlic paste in seconds. Best part missed by daniel is that the cleanup is effortless just rinse it under the tap right after use, no scrubbing or dishwasher needed. Everyone who enjoys coking would have this if they knew how effective it is.
