I just did my second feast for my friends featuring some more elevated seasonal dishes. 4 courses and a dessert. It’s my favorite thing to do. Even the little things like picking the plates and arranging how everything goes on the table in advance are fun!
Show us how the stuffed chicken katsu turned out. That sounded interesting. Did each person get a whole chicken leg or did you do a smaller fine dining portion? I'd loved to see how to plated that and made it look good.
