Ingredients:

• 8 oz pasta (any shape)

• ½ cup milk

• 2 blocks Japanese curry roux

• ~2 cups shredded cheese

• Salt & pepper to taste + chives for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta in salted water; drain.
2. Add milk and 2 curry blocks and stir until melted + smooth.
3. Add shredded cheese and stir until creamy.
4. Toss in pasta until fully coated.
5. Season and serve (green onions, panko, chili crisp optional).
