  1. Alessio try bionaturae pasta they make it in Italy with Italian flour. It’s even glyphosate free

  2. So, after all that, you didn’t tell us which premium pastas are still made in Italy. 🤷‍♀️

  3. Alessio, just start making your own. It’s not difficult, I’m sure you know that. I know it’s pretty easy to get good flours!!

  4. Ya'll are in TN, might be easier in Italian communities like the ones in NYC.
    Look at look at me,
I can rhyme and now you'll see!
    😂😂😂

  5. The whole problem is the way we grow/process grain here in the US. If we would fix that, we’d all be a lot healthier. Why hasn’t that been addressed??!

  6. Have you tried Jovial brand? They grow organic ancient Einkorn wheat in Italy and they have a whole line of that grain pasta, as well as other types.

  7. OMG I feel like I've been conned! I've been purchasing DeCecco as it states on the front of the box "MADE IN ITALY" but after this video I checked out their website and the grain is from Italy, Arizona and California! Thank you for the info! Mama mia!

  8. Simple. Let’s all go live in Italy and come back in 3 years. If there’s anything to come back for.

  9. I have ordered what I believe to be true parmesan and tomato sauce from Italy. Cause I live in the almost middle of nowhere Michigan. I hope I can order true Italian pasta too.

  10. I am going to stock up on italian flour and pasta!! Italy DOESN'T have the chemicals that US grain does..

  11. Just make your own pasta. Living in Europe I use European durum flour. GMO grains are not allowed in Europe.

  12. This breaks my heart to know that Barilla is not authentic Italian pasta💔😢….my bowl of bolognese will never be the same for me again lol pasta is my favourite🤤🤤🤤

  13. Sadly, the US is dustributing worse and worse quality food across the board, while charging more and more each year.

  14. It might be just a hunch, but I'm betting that any of the black/blue/purple pastas made with squid ink are going to be The Real Deal.

  15. Wow I'm in Canada so I won't be impacted by this (I also eat rice pasta that's mainly made in the USA) but what's going onnn?? Che succede
