I buy the organic pasta from Whole Foods
I work at cost plus world market and we carry a lot of pasta and other things from Italy.
What about Garafallo?
I want to order the flour and just make my own
i buy De Cecco. Very good.
Alessio try bionaturae pasta they make it in Italy with Italian flour. It’s even glyphosate free
Stay away from pasta that has enriched flour/wheat in ingredients
So, after all that, you didn’t tell us which premium pastas are still made in Italy. 🤷♀️
Alessio, just start making your own. It’s not difficult, I’m sure you know that. I know it’s pretty easy to get good flours!!
Ya'll are in TN, might be easier in Italian communities like the ones in NYC.
Look at look at me,
I can rhyme and now you'll see!
😂😂😂
The whole problem is the way we grow/process grain here in the US. If we would fix that, we’d all be a lot healthier. Why hasn’t that been addressed??!
So going to Italy means- big suitcase with cheese and pasta for the return flight.
Well , his mom and dad , if they still live in italy can send you guys stuff
Have you tried Jovial brand? They grow organic ancient Einkorn wheat in Italy and they have a whole line of that grain pasta, as well as other types.
Just make it at home ❤🎉
Can you name some brands that are authentic from Italy please? 🙏🏻😊❤️
OMG I feel like I've been conned! I've been purchasing DeCecco as it states on the front of the box "MADE IN ITALY" but after this video I checked out their website and the grain is from Italy, Arizona and California! Thank you for the info! Mama mia!
RAO’s the best 😅
The white one on the far right looks good
I already hard 🤭
Simple. Let’s all go live in Italy and come back in 3 years. If there’s anything to come back for.
I have ordered what I believe to be true parmesan and tomato sauce from Italy. Cause I live in the almost middle of nowhere Michigan. I hope I can order true Italian pasta too.
I am going to stock up on italian flour and pasta!! Italy DOESN'T have the chemicals that US grain does..
I buy Caputo flour!!
Thanks . Didn’t know that
So true 🙁
Handmade pasta is the best. If person can cook.
Just make your own pasta. Living in Europe I use European durum flour. GMO grains are not allowed in Europe.
This breaks my heart to know that Barilla is not authentic Italian pasta💔😢….my bowl of bolognese will never be the same for me again lol pasta is my favourite🤤🤤🤤
You're the first Italian I know that considers Barilla a premium pasta😅
I buy Rummo and Garofalo. La Molisana too.
Molisana pasta is the best.
Sadly, the US is dustributing worse and worse quality food across the board, while charging more and more each year.
It might be just a hunch, but I'm betting that any of the black/blue/purple pastas made with squid ink are going to be The Real Deal.
I thought about you guy's when I heard about the Italian Pasta issue 🤗
Tariffs – this is what voters wanted: and pay more money.
Wait Barilla is considered high quality in the US??😂
American pasta is white. Pasta from Italy is yellow. I'd rather eat Italian pasta.
Is the Rummo pasta really good?
In England we have noticed the spaghetti is getting thinner.
So what is the brand that we can buy of pastas made in Italy with Italian grains?
Wow I'm in Canada so I won't be impacted by this (I also eat rice pasta that's mainly made in the USA) but what's going onnn?? Che succede
That’s why I make my own and order my flour from Italy.
