Just a quick recipe to feed your family fast and delicious and not frozen and time consuming.

What you will need:

Oven ready noodles
1lb ground beef and 1lb Italian sausage
3 jars Spaghetti sauce
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 white onion
5 chopped garlic cloves
32 oz of ricotta
2 cups of parmesan
2 balls of fresh mozzarella
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsof sugar
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion peppers
1 egglant (optionall)
1 tbs italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice eggplant to your desire. Place on a cookie sheet in 350 degree oven until semi soft and a bit dry. Don’t slice too thin. Once done pull put, cool, and set aside.

Chop onion and bell pepper and cook in skillet with both meats. Once cooked add 1 jar of spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt pepper, and to taste. Let it reduce down and cook o. Low for 15-20mins. Empty into a bowl. And let cool to room temp or refrigerate until cool.

Take ricotta, parmesan, and season with garlic powder amd onion powder. Add 2 beaten eggs well incorporated. Set aside.

Add sauce to pan so noodles do not stick. Layer desired to how you like. Be sure to use the additional spaghetti sauces as you go to ensure doness of the noodle. Set oven to 400 for 1 hour. Set oven 425 for up to an additional hour of needed. Once its done. You can broil for browning.

Remove from oven let set atleast an hour to get a great set.

Serve with bread and salad if you’d like. ENJOY!!!
