Spaghetti with tomato sauce is a very classic American Italian dish which I like to make for my family because it is very easy and take only a few time to make. This is one of the simplest pasta I ever made. Even though, I am using canned tomato instead of the fresh tomato because it is more simple and take less time to make, the nutrition in the food lesser than the fresh tomato.

Ingredients
– 4 cloves of garlics
– A bunch of basil leaves
– Spaghetti for 2 portion
– 10 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil
– A can of whole peeled tomato
– Parmesan cheese
– Salt

Spaghetti with tomato sauce can be a very healthy dish because olive oil is the healthiest oil to used because it is an monounsaturated oil and if it use in the healthy amount, it has less risk from the increase of cholesterol. The cheese is used for just seasoning, it is used in the amount that it is not risk for body. The spaghetti seem to be the problem of this dish. However the quantity of the spaghetti of this dish can be change and it change the carbohydrates content in the dish. For the suggestion of this dish is to add more proteins to the dish because this dish is lack of the protein. To be healthy, this dish can be eat with with chicken breast aside or add to the dish, the chicken breast has high protein and lowest fat content in the meat. Or the minced lean chicken can be add to the dish. But I like to keep the dish to be the most traditional to the original.
