MUNCHIES heads to the Bollate jail just outside Milan to visit critically acclaimed restaurant InGalera, which means “in prison” in Italian. The restaurant is located inside a medium-security prison and staffed by convicted felons. We meet the workers and hear about what the program has done for the inmates inside.

Who else thought this was about actual "prison" food?
I don't want to over simplify crime, but it seems to me most violent crime is avoidable. Yes there will always be lunatics and sociopaths that account for passionate chaotic crime, but most is based on ones station in life, survival as an instinct. Robbery because ur poor or starving or addicted to drugs can turn into homicide in a blink. To rehabilitate a man rather than just lock them away takes commitment from both sides. This restaurant is a very interesting exercise
I couldn't get into the cooking school I wanted to since I didn't have the money and didn't make the cut..Are the cooks murderers or drug trafficers so I'll know which crime to commit to get in?
