🍅🫒Tomato & Olive Cheese Ball , all your Italian flavours packed in one little bite ! Very easy to make & a lot better than ready made ones.
1 cup Homemade cream cheese (Or store bought)
8 to 10 rehydrated sun dried toamtoes (Got some from @urbanplatter.in )
10 to 12 Slices each of Black & green olives
Crispy garlic
Crispy Onion
Some basil leaves
Salt , Pepper
Pesto –
I made pesto by pounding basil leaves, garlic , pistachios , salt & then add parmesan cheese & olive oil
Topping –
Chopped olives, sun dried tomatoes, basil leaves & pine nuts

– Drain the sun dried tomatoes & olives well to remove all excess moisture
– You can refrigerate this before serving
