  1. ehm, I would say 'almost perfect'… the pasta is a little 'scotta', that is, overcooked, the starches are completely melted, and stick everywhere in the palate, you have neither the flavor of pesto, good, nor the pleasure of pasta, that flavor of water and wheat, salt… so you should remove the pasta from the boiling water, drain, 2 minutes before the end of cooking, overcooked in that case, and add to the sauce, with a couple of spoons, or a ladle of cooking water… the pesto is not cooked, or reheated, you add it at the end of cooking in the pan, and always plenty of parmesan to serve… 😉 ….
