33g beef bacon
450g 93/7 ground beef
Salt
Pepper
224g pasta
80g carrots
100g celery
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup milk (used fairlife)
can of tomato sauce (used Tuttorosso)
1 tbsp thyme
2 bay leaves
4 tbsp harissa paste (used Mina)

Instructions
Cook the bacon then remove and add the ground beef to pot with salt and pepper
Once browned remove and add onion, celery and carrots (dice ur carrots fine) cook for 4min add garlic and harissa paste 2m then deglaze w chicken stock and add you bacon and beef back. Cover with tomato sauce add you thyme and bay leaves cover and let simmer for 30m-1hr add 1/2 cup of milk mix then to servee heat up in a pot w aldente pasta
