The Mind of a Chef
Narrated by Executive Producer Anthony Bourdain, The Mind of a Chef combines cooking, travel, history, humor, art and science into a cinematic journey, each episode capturing another glorious flicker from the mind of its subject and focusing on what it truly means to cook, think, create and live in the food-obsessed world that is The Mind of a Chef.

  1. I loved in Madrid for many years. I wanted the whole thing – the "swoon", the misunderstandings of how things work, the culture, the food, the people until it was truly my home. Lovely episode.

  2. The advent of LED bulbs really changed how cities look and feel, now they feel like they are lit like a film set at all times of the night (not a good or bad thing, just different)

love to see the return of the raviolo, the very first thing I watched Chef Hamilton make with Mark Bittman on his show many years ago (along with a cocktail that I can't quite recall, something muddled i believe?)
