To be honest a lot of restaurant owners across all america need a psychological evaluation, most are delusional and don't know the restaurant business

She is not “a part of the solution,” by selling. Should’ve sold it to an employee or relative, who could’ve “kept it in the family,” and kept it going. After all these people’s hard work. Yeesh. Didn’t quite get there. Almost, but not quite. Who knows. Maybe God believes in third chances.
