You are one of my favorite chefs. I always follow your recipes to the point. Never been disappointed. But this is lasagna with "extra sauce". Why are you calling it soup? Just asking. I mean no disrespect.

Have you tried mafalda pasta in place of lasagna noodles? I use mafalda in my lasagna soup.
