My dad was from Calabria so he likes soups, hot 🥵 chilli 🌶️ peppers/ diavolicchio! I remember when I don’t want eat polenta, he always said; o questa minestra oppure fuori dalla finestra 🪟! I can’t forget that!! Thank you for sharing this video ❤
If you add salt with the green veggies and then add water and beans.? Won't that work against the the beans toughness? I'm confused 🤔🤔🤔
