CHILI (I doubled this)
1lb ground beef, cooked + drained
14 oz can diced tomatoes with basil oregano
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
15 oz black beans
15 oz kidney beans
1 medium russet potato, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 jalapeño, chopped
Seasonings:
1tbsp: paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder
2tsp: chopped garlic, oregano, salt, pepper
UNSTUFFED PEPPERS
2 bell peppers m, chopped
1.5 cups rice, cooked
1 cup ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
Seasonings: 2 tsp garlic powder, minced garlic, oregano, Italian seasoning
S+P, red pepper flakes to taste
(To make soup + 32 oz beef broth)
POT ROAST
1 beef chuck roast
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 medium onion
1 aujus gravy packet
1 French onion soup packet
2tsp: Italian seasoning, chopped garlic, pepper
14 oz can diced tomatoes
2 sprigs rosemary
2 bay leaves
CP WHOLE CHICKEN
Whole chicken
2 stalks celery
1 medium onion
Tin foil
Seasonings: garlic, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper (season heavy)
CHICKEN NOODLE
1-2 cups chopped chicken, celery, onion
2 cups chicken broth from the crock pot ⬆️
32 oz chicken broth
2 cups of water
1 bag frozen corn
1 bag of egg noodles
