  1. I think Atticus has been intrigued with Jesus ever since he saw Jesse indirectly healed by Him and watched him walk on water; I’m rooting for the apple eating brute to come over to the Good Side!😊 My Husband & I can hardly wait for Sept 28th to get here (I’ll be wearing my awesome 5 & 2 bracelet & Against The Current t-shirt to celebrate the return of The Chosen)!🤩

  2. I'm pretty sure Atticus would the soldier at the foot of the cross who will say that Jesus was truly the son of God.

  3. Atticus, 100% , duh! He is strong, he can fight, he could defend the ladies easily and he can help find food easily! So yes, Atticus all the way to be the new addition to the disciples team o/ Dallas, now you had only one job, man!

  4. on second thought, I vote Zebediah (Korah). His jabs at Shmuel, Yanni, or Gedera, are little moments of hilarity. 😂
Just a little pull and he’s gonna defect !

  5. Oh, I had to laugh. But, we need to introduce "Cornelius." He was the brigade commander of the Juruselium occupation force. He worked under Pilot. He was the first gentile Christian. It's probably too late to weave him into season 6.

  6. FIRST OF ALL…ATTICUS IS NOT BIBLICAL! Dallas Jenkins foolish inserted him to "spice things up? " Like the nonsense of the stabbing of Rena!

  7. Atticvs Æmilivs Pulcher , easily .It is clear he at least somewhat recognizes that Jesus is of Divine Nature .But he pushes it aside because he is the most Machiavelian character in all of fiction .And I mean that because he embodies what Nicola di Machiaveli wrote in The Prince .The statesman who puts aside Moral and Ethical considerations , the notion of what is Right , for their own perceived idea of the betterment of their State and Nation/People .Which is why I imagine they made him sometimes speak Italian , a language/dialect of Latin that did not exist for at least 7 centuries .

When there is a recognition of Right and Wrong and all delusions keepingnus from acting on it shatter , it is hard not to be pushed to what is Right .

  8. Ahh yes, the greatest action story ever told 😂 who could've forget those parodies in the early youtube days 😂
    Jesus: Stop killing Judas
    Arnold: Why?
    Jesus: Because its a sin
    Arnold: Why?
    Jesus B-because its bad
    Arnold: Why?
Jesus: Forgive him father, he is a robot from the future 😂

  9. You guys, I… I think you missed the points Jesus was trying to make? Which is excellent method acting for the disciples, well done 👏👏👏 I also think Nicodemus, Atticus, Pilate, Claudia, Caiaphas, Shmuel, and Judas as they are portrayed in the show all already believe to some degree that Jesus is the Messiah. They are mistaken about what to do with that, or they feel trapped into making choices they don't want to make, or think they know best, but… they know.

  10. The chosen is the best tv show these days, specifically in the world we are all living today. Jesus is our truth 🙏 Amén I love all charaters in the chosen disciple. God bless you all ❤

  11. Are y’all planning on doing some miracles after the resurrection? In accordance to John 21:25? If so, can we get some sort of miracle submission box for ideas???

Missing limbs restore would be great.

  12. How about instead of choosing only one all of them believe in the messiah 🙂
    Many of them i love
I vote for pilate (and his wife – which i read was possibly true)
But i love yusif and atticus too

  13. Spoilers for anyone who hasn't read the Gospels.

Nicodemus, while not flat out told to us that he is converted, is heavily implied to as being a believer because of being one of the two people who give Jesus a proper burial. I mean, what Pharasie brings 75 pounds of myrrh and aloes to bury the guy the rest of the Pharasies wanted dead unless he believed he is the Messiah. Now, I believe Dallas and crew are giving us a misdirection by naming Yusef/Yosef by his hebrew name. I believe he is Joseph of Arimathea.

I think Atticus will convert once everything unfolds. He has been too observant and genuinely interested with Jesus to just be able to walk away from it all after the resurrection.

  14. Atticus would be my choice. He’s a mystery but I think he would be a loyal disciple, also Yusif, both of them have good hearts 🙏🙏🙏

  15. I'm sorry why did no one mention Ramah's father. Yes he wasn't a bad guy till the last season but I would classify him as someone not in Jesus's camp if that makes any sense.

  16. I think that Atticus would be the best choice—he’s tough, authoritative, intelligent and can read people. Whether or not this was a serious question from the show et al, I have a theory about Atticus. I think he has a Jewish mother and a Roman father. There were a lot of Jewish people living in Rome in the late 1st century BC and the early 1st century AD. I think Atticus’ father took a Jewish bride. The dichotomy of being born of 2 people of different races, religions and cultural heritages had to mess with him his whole life. I base my observation on 2 specific “clues”. When Atticus is talking to Jesse and is asked if he’s Roman, part of Atticus’ answer was “I was born Roman”. Then when he is visiting Pilate out in the country, Pilate says “Unlike him (Quintus), I understand your interest.” Whether or not our Atticus is used as a stand-in for the Longinus legend I couldn’t speculate. Ok, ok, it’s a very thin theory, but I want it to develop from there and become fact sooooo much! Wishful thinking, huh? What do you think?
