Italy’s first restaurant run by prison inmates welcomed customers to dine at the Bollate jail near Milan on Friday. Officially opened in October of 2015, this unique project helps prisoners reintegrate into working life from behind bars.
Restaurant InGalera seats 50 guests and also caters for groups, vegans, guests with food allergies and even boasts a kids menu.
