  1. I very much like your videos… but ont this on I really Thank you for the effort done on the correct pronounciation of M. ESCOFFIER's name the french way.

  2. Last year I took a train from London to Bath. It was a Belmond train who operates the Orient Express now. I ordered the lamb but felt weird eating it as we rode past fields with baby lambs playing. Lol but the experience was wonderful and certainly worth the hefty price tag. Also the skill of the servers pouring hot soup as one of our courses on a rocking train!

  3. The final orient express was just an average train passing several countries starting from Paris, nothing of the original OE was left. I rode it many times, because I live on the route and it was a common train to take if I wanted to go to Vienna which was close by! And yes it was disbanded I think around 2009, it does not run anymore, but it had nothing in common with the original experience you had anyway!

  4. Lambchops that size should only be waved in front of the fire! Well done means wrong done!

  5. Ah, what a nice and interesting episode of Tasting History, I hope I won't hear any name that'll make me stop and go "oh no"

  6. I love your channel. The recipes, the history lessons your esthetic, every thing โค could you please show us your uranium collection? I also collected uranium glass here in Florida.

  7. I've just started watching you and it's fascinating the information. Have you ever done a video on the school lunches from the early times to what they are now? Our particular school district doesn't even cook. It's all pre-prepared junk

  8. Lamb chops are not meant to be cooked all the way through. Best prepare them as a whole rack and cut after resting. Everything else is barbaric.

  9. Snivy in the background!
Iโ€™m guessing because itโ€™s a Unova Pokรฉmon and Unova had the Battle Subway with the Subway Bosses Ingo and Emmet?
