In Oct 2022 I stayed in a lovely accommodation just outside of Liquio Berria. I had intended to contact you on arrival to look at some properties but unfortunately during my 7 day stay I spent 3 of them in bed with a stomach bug. Still, I managed to visit the Truffle Festival in Alba and visit all the Barola towns. Fell in love with the area so once I have disposed of a property in the UK I'll be in contact 🙂
Do the owners of the upper floor apartment, share the garden space, please ?
What are the joint property fees for maintenance please ?
Terribly expensive for such a bog-standard appartment.
