I always like Tuscan wines. I will be trying this one. Love your hat.
Super Tuscans are a fave, I'm getting ready to treat myself by purchasing one these, but also considering Sass & Masseto etc
My initial experiences with Antinori Super-Tuscans occurred 15-20 years ago, and I was frankly disappointed. But more recently, Tignanello has been stunning! I haven’t had Solaia or Guado Al Tasso recently, but would certainly look to try them again.
I haven’t had the pleasure of trying any of these yet but recently had the 2021 Antinori Marchesi Chianti Classico Riserva and it was stunning. Also a big fan of Tenuta Luce’s Lucente which is superb example of a Super Tuscan for the modest price point. Cheers and thank you.
I love Tigi. Had an 88 Solaia7 years ago that blew my mind. Unfortunately solaia is overpriced at this point and thanks to all the top tens in wine spectator wine of the year, now Tignanello is going down the overpriced wayside as well. After 150-170 dollars per bottle they all jumble together. 500,700 plus is ridiculous in my opinion. If it’s a super old wine your drinking the history but man, prices have become stupid in some of these wines
