  2. Well apart from using a whole egg instead of just the yolk, it's good. I'm so sick of chefs making dishes and call them carbonara when they're obviously not. I'm glad you've come around

  3. if u heat up the pan with the guanciale in it, it has more time to melt. why u still put the pepper into the hot pan? ._. mix it into the eggs, so it don't become bitter. cheers

    I have probably not eaten anything truely authentic, even British food, in my whole life. Oh good.

  6. Oooooooh Dios Mio, the pepper goes in the sauce with gunciale, egg, pecorino and some oil. Cook pasta remove water add sauce to pot, you want it to be hot enough to partially cook sauce.

  7. Why does Jamie piss about with his recipes so much? Seeing as he is meant to be a competent chef of Italian cuisine, why does he purposefully get it so wrong? and in so many different ways eash time?
