Erwan visits the iconic Malagos Farm, home to internationally awarded Malagos Cheese and Malagos Chocolate—a shining example of sustainable agriculture, farm-to-bar innovation, and agritourism in the Philippines. We also explore Hectares of Hope, a farm focused on fighting poverty through community-based farming, heirloom crops, and a holistic model of rural development.

Ohhh man I remember the days I was interning at the Puentispina Orchid Farm in 2018 and one afternoon we were given so many unsweetened Malagos chocolates — the farmers and I made a huge pot of Champorado. We all sat down for merienda and enjoyed it so much that none was left. Haha
