We have been in Rome – one week – and we got no good food – the servants was rood and unfriendly. We never got what we ordered, so the best meal we got, was om McDonald’s. We vill never come back 😩. It is good to se how lucky you were, you got very good food😋.
We have had the chance to travel to Italy multiple times. We had some EXCELLENT meals there, and we had the chance to take a few cooking classes as well as see the art and history. Yes, we had a few touristy meals, but OMG – I learned some completely new ways to cook and appreciate food there. Thanks for the visit!!!

Fantastic selection of quick recipes that dont look like fast food! Thank you! The spiral pasta looks like fun to make, must try it! With your sauce! Now the closest Ive come to the pizza cones are eggplant heros in hoagie rolls and they are so good with out of the oven buns and the hot filling! They are part of our home cooking now.

I went to that same Osteria de Fortunata in Rome, and trust me it is beyond delicious!!! They always have someone making pasta by hand at a table and the carbonara was to die for.

This lady she is lovely but I am sick and tired of people from other places that think and believe that in 2 days filming are possibly understand and explain the simple complexity of our Italian cuisine, please stick to yours and we will stick to ours

Just came back from Roma. I was taken back by the instant healing I had from acid reflux. I slept better and had more energy than I do here in the states.
