  1. I've always said I could easily be Italian with how much I love Italian food. Thank you, as always, for new ideas, and a few favorites kicked up a notch. You keep my kitchen from being boring and your videos are something I look forward to every Sunday. I'm also looking forward to adding your new cookbook to your first one on my counter. I will always support you as long as you keep your beautifully quirky personality and humility. Those are two traits I love in my people. ❤️

  2. I take sausage out of casing..make patties… cook with peppers and onions…serve on burger rolls

  3. Wow! Julia you’ve made me soooi hungry!! I just wanted to stick my plate through the phone so I could have some!! Lol. You are the most amazing cook I’ve ever seen! I’m very proud of you & all the hard work you do. Your family looked so happy! Abundant blessings my sweet lady!! 🥰🙏❤️

  4. Great recipe ideas using sausage! I love sweet Italian sausage as well. Im sure wild grain is delicious, but sourdough is super easy to make and bake and the starter is made using water and flour. I have baked my own for 13 years and just cant bring myself to buy it. But tomato, tamata! Thanks for these great recipes!

  5. That lasagna skillet is the first recipe of yours I ever made. It’s still a favorite to this day, and I use fewer lasagna noodles and add chopped zucchini to make it lower carb.

  6. Hello, Julia.
I use cottage cheese in lasagna all the time. If I really want it closer to ricotra texture, I set it in a wire strainer over a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap overnight, then run it through the blender or food processor with an egg and seasoning(garlic, italian seasoning, or some such) This way, it is smooth and no lumps.

  7. I LOVE all these recipes especially the Italian sausage and potato skillet and the stir fry meal. Just love the meals 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

  8. I love Italian sausage. 30 years ago when I started cooking with it, you could only buy it in the casing in my area. So glad it's available loose now. Your recipes look delicious 😋

  9. Wonderful recipes as always, Julia. 🙌♥️ When you're cooking the sausages as links (not breaking them up), do you cook and eat the casings or remove them?

  10. @Julia Pacheco • Julia: I really like that you focused on just Italian sausage. It makes it so much easier to shop for and make these recipes. I hope you'll do more of these focused videos, even though I also like the variety in your regular videos. ☺️

  11. I’m on a pantry challenge. (To make room for canning season) I have the ingredients for a few of these. Thanks for the help!

  12. Lady, you need to evolve more. You promote using low-grade meats that come from tortured animals and don't care, as long as you save on cost. Humans think it's all about us … We are a DISGUSTING species.

  13. WOW Julia, you do it week after week. I never knew sausage was so versatile. Thank you and God bless you and your family.❤❤❤

  14. All look good and the dish with the three different bell peppers looks so colorful and pretty! ✔️

  15. This video reminds me of my husband's dishes with sausage links. It's time for me to make them again in his memory. Once again, thank you for this channel.

  16. Julia can you do some potluck meals? I checked your playlist already. I didn't see anything I could make to share.

  17. I love the little purple baby spoon you used to spread the oil on the bread. I had those for my granddaughters and recently gave them to my son to use for his baby boy. They last.
