Ingredients:

4 bell peppers
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup marinara sauce
16 oz. Potato gnocchi
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup onion granulated onion powder
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley (finely chopped)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.
Mix ground meat, rice, onion powder, parsley, and marinara; stuff into peppers.
Bake stuffed peppers for 25-30 minutes.
Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. In a skillet, melt butter, sautรฉ garlic, and toss cooked gnocchi in the garlic butter before serving.
