  1. Food does not work universal….some bodies cant take cashew nuts, some bodies cannot function on vegetarian or vegan food, some bodies cannot take alcohol or cowmilk well, and i do fine on cashewnuts, and well, there is also parsley pickers disease and strawberries pickers didease and many people who work a lot with limes and lemons get sensitive for citrus sometimes. I made oakflower, you have to rinse it often to get the tannins out, and slowl on slow heat roast the flower and it tastes wonderful, i had no problems.

  2. Being on the Gundry program, I gave up cashews a long time ago. I still learned so much watching this, and I sent it to my cashew eating friend who has some gut issues.

  3. My Doctor told me to read ‘The Secrets of True Healing’. I didn’t realize how blinded I was until I read it. It’s crazy how nobody is talking about how powerful that book is.

  4. Since everything is bad for us, I have decided to become a breatharian.

    NOT. Cashews for life.

  5. I read gut check, however I don’t agree, my 89yr young bookkeeper been eating them daily over 50yrs she still walks 5mi daily

  6. I’m a PhD, and ‘The Secret Health Reset’ is one of the few books I suggest everyone to read. It’s really powerful and eye-opening

  7. Hey. Wait a minute Doc. In one of your past videos I heard you talking about how much you like pesto. Cashews (along with pine nuts) is one of the ingredients in pesto. So which is it? Do you like cashews OR NOT?

  8. Like tRUMP, "Dr." Gundry has no interest in the Health of his faithful followers; he is totally motivated with how to line his gilded pockets. Gundry is this era's SnakeOil Music Man.

  9. Pili Nuts: Never heard of these. I like the Sacha Ichi Seeds and Baru Nuts, Pistachios thanks to your recommendations. Let me try the Pili.

    Pili Nuts
    Chestnuts

  10. That’s not entirely true. I’m from Brazil, and we do consume cashew nuts here. It’s a product widely available in many places, including supermarkets. We have chocolates that contain cashew nuts, with actual pieces inside. We also have cashew nut plant-based milks on supermarket shelves, and cashew nut spreads that people use on bread or toast. So yes, it’s a product that is both sold and consumed in Brazil.

  11. The cashew butter is only good in first few bites, the more I eat it, the more sick I feel, same as the peanut butter. I don't know who can eat loads of this shit, must be a real glutton, not mentioning the usual modified ingredients that producers tend to sneak into those vegan dairies – I don't even buy this shit.

  12. Interesting that you recommend pistachios. My understanding is that they are from the same family as well. Same with mangos.

  13. Just say what is bad and good. Nobody is eating RAW cashews, Straight off the tree. Otherwise it is totally fine to eat once processed. Mainly roasted.

  14. I don’t know that to think. It must be a western or different ethnicity issue because organic natural nuts have been a wonderful staple food for centuries in the other parts of the world. No issues with other common inflammatory bowel diseases in the west either. I don’t know why the there such a difference.

  16. I’m Brazilian and I don’t eat cashews, other nut that is Brazilian and I saw people eating like crazy and in a fair amount start to be toxic for your body as well is “Brazilian nuts”, it has a lot of good in it but we only should eat maximum 2 per day, otherwise you probably will get intoxicated

  17. We are over informed here and there..listen to your body. We all react differently,I’m surviver of tons of cashews munching

  18. I agree with the cashews having quite a few issues, the one good thing that people get from them though is MAGNESIUM, so if you're going to cut cashews out of your diet (which you should) make sure that you're getting your MAGNESIUM from another source!

  19. Dr Panic Talking bs here. Nobody needs such guys.

Fact is that the poison from the shell is neutralised either by hot steam or roasted. This neutralises the poison chemicals. You can savely eat the those from the store but ovoid eating them raw from a tree.
