I went on a mission to find the best pizza in London, visiting 9 of the city’s most popular and unique pizza spots, from New York style to Detroit style, traditional Neapolitan, and even quirky concepts.
Here’s where I went: Alley Cats, Homeslice, Ria’s, Napoli on the Road, Pizza Bun, Oi Vita, Crisp Pizza W6, Pizza Union, ACE Pizza at The Pembury Tavern.

I mean, trying Detroit pizza and not going to the place in commercial road? Madness!!!!
I strongly recommend trying the pizza at the Windmill pub near Finsbury Square in the City. May not be the best pizza out there, but definitely underrated and a decent price, especially considering the location. I recommend their white pizza: Salsiccia & Patate which is with fiordilatte mozzarella, lucanica sausage, rosemary roast potatoes (no tomato sauce). Potato might be weird on a pizza, but it really works, this is coming from a guy who usually always goes for the pepperoni pizza. All their pizzas a very good and I strongly recommend.
The best (by far) Neapolitan is at Cinquecento in Chelsea – all less than 20£ and epic Italian vibes. Hope to see it next!
A good pizza is all about the dough and its chard level. Toppings not a big deal. That’s why if you master a margarita then, you have it all!!

Calzone is pronounced Cal-zony as it's Italian and every word ends with a vowel sound. The other version is the Americanised version. Otherwise good video!

none of those places were good – homeslice is just a popular chain which used to be a lot cheaper and then it got more popular and it ramped prices up. i wouldn't eat at any of those places. you're going on sponsored promotions on google.

Paradise Slice on Brick Lane was fantastic but COVID did for them. It was affordable New York style.

An advice? Let all that cr** overpriced “pizza” go and reserve pizza tasting for when you go to Italy. Tastes 10 times better and costs less than half

Also herbs, pesto, etc mixed into the dough helps bring more flavor out also mixing in some garlic butter, etc
