What’s your favorite breakfast in the world? Mine is something I discovered in Italy…
It’s not easy to find, it’s tricky to make yourself, and you can’t buy it in a store. In order to eat it, you have to be in the right place and at the right time. It’s not cheese, but it’s made by a cheesemaker.
In this video we spent a day with an incredible Calabrian cheesemaking family to see how they make their delicious products (and to get a plate of my favorite breakfast).

Harper! Didn't you know that Mr. Lamborghini, the founder of the car company was an entrepreneur producing tractors? He once went to Mr Enzo Ferrari to buy a sport car and then after a while he complained that the gearbox of that particular model was too weak for the power of the engine, so he had to tell to the engineer of his tractor company to fix and solidify it…. Then Mr. Ferrari get angry telling him "How could you know how to build a sportscar better than me? You are a tractor builder!" And Mr. Lamborghini replied: "Enzo, you will see what I'm capable of doing!" and he decided to start the production of his own sport cars! This is the true story!

Harper's shorter haircut is a huge improvement. Living in Mexico where cheese is designed to be absolutely tasteless, I am salivating over Italian cheese! I brought some back to Canada from my last trip to Italy and everyone was blown away.

Oh my gosh. My grandfather's favorite sister was named Evelina. I never met her, but he talked about how much he loved and missed her.
The kids are my favorite part. I wish people could afford to have children here. I loved growing up with many children in the neighborhood.
