Parmesan Chicken Is not italian, we got fried eggplants instead.
Spaghetti finish cooking inside the sauce and then more sauce Is added.
Salsa, not Marinara.
Same goes with panini and pizza: panini(sandwiches) here are made differently, using roasted beef, sausages or salumi (mortadella, salame, prosciutto), cheese(mozzarella, tuma, fontina…).
The pizza sure Is not sicilian: we got, for sure, no pepperoni or salami in our pizza; in Sicily we make traditional italian pizza or our sfincione, faccia di vecchia or scaccia.
Anyway, Nicolosi's seems to be a great Place.
