  1. no offense, but Italy was a part of ancient Rome so if that was the case, they would still have a claim of inventing it

  2. For one I knew not to listen to your video in the first 6 seconds. The Parmesan you just put in that bowl, is made with sawdust and couldn’t be further from actual parm. Anyone who knows a little can see you are a typical young kid who thinks you’re going to make it big re-hashing points you’ve heard from other videos. Come back with authentic ingredients and maybe someone will listen. Why mess up delicious food with crap. This is an American thing!! Cheap crap. If you’re going to speak on Italian. This won’t do.

  3. And agin you can’t even cut an onion. Phahahahahah… just wtf is wrong with your generation?? Fake it until you make it? Or let me see your bf is probably going to school for film??? Must be one or. The other. Learn the basics of cuisine and cutlery and then come back, bc this is BS!

  4. Sorry to come down on you so hard, it’s not you. You’re just every typical person on social media with zero idea what you’re doing and therefore should be trying to tell people anything. Talk about somthing you do know about. Food isn’t it.

  5. Again wTF, you didn’t brown any of the meat, it gets worse and worse and I’m less than a min into your idiotic video. This could be more gross!!! Lol

  6. Tomatoes are native to the americas, so they literally didn't have tomato sauce to add in ancient rome or greece, plus italy was rome.

  7. Good lord, horrible bait, horrible script writing, horrible voice over, horrible food. Please just save yourself and give up on this already this was incredibly grating and painful to sit through

  8. For anyone who wants to learn more about lasagna in ancient Italy (Rome) I recommend the video @TastingHistory made describing the origins of the dish and where the ingredients came from

  9. medieval lasagna was most popular in rome, in which at that time tomatoes weren’t in europe, thus meaning tomatoes were not a part of the recipe. it consisted of a square shaped pasta, that was thing and boiled, and was seasoned with cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg.

  10. I guess we can say it's Italian. Don't we say Edison invented the light bulb, although he perfected it🤷🏾‍♀️

  11. If you want to try something interesting, try Pastitsio it’s kind of like a greek lasagna. It should not contain tomato.
