Thereโs this insane girl I knew from college whose great grandmother or something came from Italy and she would, completely unprompted, tell everyone she spoke to that she was โItalianโ and started basing her entire identity off of it. She legitimately only knew how to say โgood morningโ in Italian but would repeatedly start sentences by saying โas an Italian.โ These people are legitimately psychotic and canโt accept that theyโre just white people like everyone else in the US.
