I have to be careful to choose one without citric acid, or if it does have citric acid, it needs to be naturally derived from citrus, as the artificial derivative formed from a toxic mold in a lab gives me a terrible case of gastritis every single time.
Very informative and helpful. I wish this was all done in grams instead of mixing volume, weight, and metric measures.

Oregano does not belong on an Italian pie. Greek, yes. And especially not as much as you use. Tomatoes are inconsistent. Need a bit of citric acid and sugar. And msg if you want real pop.
My Bad but 2 grams of salt, even 2 teaspoons of oregano is not the amount that you are putting in your video. Does anyone else see this?

Why does that look like more than 2g of salt
-1/8 sweet onion
-fresh basil(8leavea)
-dry oregano (teaspoon)
-2 garlic cloves
(Sautéed)
Add salt to taste
You’ll thank me later the sweet onion will kill the acidity and replace sugar

Half a carrot works.
Italian plum tomatoes for the sauce in a blender with 2 cloves of garlic,tablespoon of tomato paste, teaspoon of salt,teaspoon of white pepper, level tablespoon of Italian herbs a teaspoon of honey blended for 30 seconds 😋😋😋

I recommend cooking the sauce just a little if you don't want it to tart or sweet just reducing it a little really helps the flavor pop
Downloading this incase they take it down again.
Whole peeled canned tomatoes are the best and least processed; they retain more flavor.
Leave the oregano out
