For the Primo Piatto, customers can have choices that include Polenta Piemontese (Hunter’s Bounty Polenta), Insalata di Melograno (Mixed Field Green and Pomegranate Salad), and Ravioli Romagnoli (Autumn Harvest Butternut Squash Ravioli).
If diners order the Piastra Principale, they have their choice of Pesce in Camicia (baked Alaskan halibut served over Mantecato Risotto and topped with Lobster and Tarragon Reduction), Vitello Sette Colli (Veal Scaloppini sautéed with prosciutto & zucchini, red pepper, sherry glaze, and cognac that is finished with Mozzarella cheese), or Filetto Stivaletto con Asparago (broiled 8 oz. center-cut pearl onion, filet mignon, and white mushrooms that are topped with a Brunello wine sauce).
For the last course, Dolce, the customers can have the Gelato Amarenato, a traditional ice cream flavored with vanilla and some Amarena Cherries.
Also, all orders under Festa del Bel Paese allow customers to have the “Opzionale.” It is an option if they want to add the Coda di Aragosta (cold water Lobster Tail) to their ordered main entrees for only $10.
