Today I cooked Real Italian Seafood Pasta — just steps from the sea.

Fresh mussels, clams, prawns, scampi, and squid… all in one dish: Spaghetti ai Frutti di Mare.
This is how we do it in Italy. Garlic, chili, tomato sauce, pasta water — and the sound of the waves.

Filmed in POV format in an Italian beach restaurant.
No voiceover. Just pure food and kitchen atmosphere.

  1. There’s something rather inexplicable about your videos that separates you from many other pov cooking YouTube videos I’ve watched…I think there’s a simplicity to not only your cooking but the videos themselves that I absolutely love; there’s a therapeutic minimalism about them; whether its fully intentional or not; its incredibly satisfying. That being said; I would love to see what’s outside that door, I would love to take a walk along that beach, watch the sun set over the ocean then go inside this restaurant and eat that dish…I’m not sure I’ll ever get the chance, but I’ll cherish the memory of wanting to.

  2. Would you ever make this dish without the tomato sauce? I would really like to try this with just the flavor infused oil 😊

  3. Denis scusa ma perché non metto più video del servizio completo che di solito durava 40/50 minuti quelli si che erano belli

  4. Hai i am a chef
I also want to make such videos, but the problem is that my restaurant does not allow me to make such videos i work in Saudi Arabia.

  5. ciao! adoro i tuoi video, potresti dirmi il ristorante i cui lavori? se ci sono vicino verrei volentieri a mangiare li!!🤩🤩

  6. Subtitles makes it way better for someone don’t recognize all the ingredients like me 😂

  7. Looks ridiculously good. I've had this dish twice at a restaurant in Stockholm called Da Luigi, a very nice place with Sicilians in the kitchen. Would love to taste yours!
