This is how we do it in Italy. Garlic, chili, tomato sauce, pasta water โ and the sound of the waves.

Thereโs something rather inexplicable about your videos that separates you from many other pov cooking YouTube videos Iโve watchedโฆI think thereโs a simplicity to not only your cooking but the videos themselves that I absolutely love; thereโs a therapeutic minimalism about them; whether its fully intentional or not; its incredibly satisfying. That being said; I would love to see whatโs outside that door, I would love to take a walk along that beach, watch the sun set over the ocean then go inside this restaurant and eat that dishโฆIโm not sure Iโll ever get the chance, but Iโll cherish the memory of wanting to.
